Jordan Thomas
Co-Owner
Jordan was born in Memphis, TN, but moved to Wears Valley when he was 12. He began helping his dad with the lawn care business at the age of 14 during the summers and after school. He helped his dad grow the company for 8 years until he graduated from The University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s in Business Management.
After working at Enterprise for 5 years, which included three years in management, Jordan came back to the lawn care business with his dad in 2022. Soon after coming back to lawn care, Jordan realized that he loved working outdoors and making customers happy. With his love of lawn care still strong, Jordan has partnered with co-owner Jacob Forman to make a larger lawn care company to eventually service all of Sevier County.
Jacob Forman
Co-Owner
Having been born and raised in Sevier County, Jacob has had a lifelong passion for lawn care. His first mower was a 25 year old Troy-Bilt push mower that his grandfather gave him in 2nd grade. After spending several years using it for grass cutting, Jacob was forever set on lawn care.
After graduating top of his class from The University of Tennessee, Jacob spent seven years working in the health field until he decided to make his return to Lawn Care. He constantly looks for ways to give back to the community and has served as Co-Walk Chair of the Smoky Mountain Alzheimer’s Tennessee Walk for several years. Jacob also has a passion for ministry and spends his spare time preaching and teaching at church.
