Owners
Sevier County Lawn Care is locally owned and operated by Jordan Thomas and Jacob Forman. The pair of co-owners founded the LLC in 2024 with a mission of serving the community and making lawn care easy.
Jordan and Jacob understand that a promise is meant to be kept and not broken. Therefore, when they make a promise to a customer they fully intend on keeping it and always seek to ensure that the customer is 100% satisfied.

Sevier County Lawn Care is currently focused on Wear Valley and Seymour but has limited availability in Kodak, Sevierville, and Pigeon Forge. Why do we have areas with limited service? Throughout our history, we have primarily focused on Wears Valley, and most of our customers are in that area. However, we believe in providing not only the best service but also the best value in all of Sevier County. To achieve these goals, we are expanding and adding new service areas (Seymour, Kodak, Sevierville, and Pigeon Forge) to reach our community better. Therefore, some of our service areas are limited to certain days while we scale the business to add more employees and routes.
